Terms

♡ Unless specified, you are only purchasing the digital file, not printed art
♡ If purchasing traditional art, you are responsible for shipping costs
♡ You will be sent the sketch for approval before starting the lineart phase. This is the only time you can ask for changes without an additional charge (limited to changes that may have been missed from your description). If you want changes or additional details added after sketch approval, you will be charged accordingly.
♡ You will be sent the full resolution image
♡I reserve the right to increase the price according to complexity or high detail
♡ Art for commercial use with be charged an extra 50% fee (ex: avatar/banner, etc for your store or twitch/youtube channel - since you’re eating money with it
♡ Do not ask me to draw in a different style
♡ My art is constantly evolving, so there may be slight differences between old and new art produced
♡ By purchasing my services, you are automatically agreeing to these Terms of Service and must follow them, and forfeit any Paypal chargebacks

Copyright Policy

As the artist, I reserve the right to the produced artwork. This means I can do whatever I want with it, including:

♡ Posting or displaying the art anywhere I want (with giving you credit as the owner/commissioner)
♡ Promote myself with it in any place

As the commissioner you may:

♡ Repost the art on any site with proper credits to me (with no profit purposes unless you paid the 50% fee)
♡ Print the art or make your own merchandise AS LONG as it’s for PERSONAL use, and not for profit
♡ Use the art as display picture on Social Media

As the commissioner you may NOT:

♡ Change, modify or use my art without my permission
♡ Reproduce the artwork commercially (this means you cannot make any profit off it in anyway) if we didn’t arrange it prior
♡ Take credit for my art
♡ Remove my watermark or post the non watermarked version ( this is to prevent others from stealing it)

** If you don’t want the commission to be displayed anywhere, you will be charged a non refundable fee of 10% of the cost

Payment

♡ Payment accepted only through Paypal
♡ Full payment is required before starting the artwork
♡ Do not send payment until your commission is accepted and approved

Refunds

♡ 100% of payment can only be refunded if I have not started the sketch
♡ Once the sketch has been started, a maximum of 50% can be refunded
♡ Once the lineart phase is started there will be no refunds
♡ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund under any circumstances once the payment is received and the sketching has started
♡ If you still proceed with chargeback, you will be blacklisted and blocked, and have no right to any of the artwork
